Correction Officer 2 Noli Ann Billo, LRP acting deputy superintendent for reformation, said BuCor and its stakeholders will support the education program by providing learning spaces and materials.
“Applicants are very excited for the start of classes. They were required to have at least five years remaining on their sentences, or expected to remain at the LRP for the next five years, to ensure continuity in the program. Priority was given to PDL in the maximum security,” siring ni Billo.
