Experience the most popular beach in the province of Guimaras–Alubihod beach. It is located in Brgy. Poblacion, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras.
It can be reached 1 hour via hired vehicle from Jordan Wharf. Several beach resorts can be found in the area such as (1) Alobijod Cove Resort, (2) Raymen Beach Resort, (3) Californian Coral Beach Resort and (4) RBR Beach Resort.
It is one of the most beautiful places to visit in Nueva Valencia because of its reddish smooth pebbles mixed in with fine, creamy white sand which gives the beach a rust-colored, even pinkish hue.
Its clean and clear water with gentle waves makes it an excellent spot for swimming. This beach also offers a stunning view of the horizon, which sits side by side with nearby islands that are cool to the eyes.
It is also the most popular jump-off point for island hopping in Guimaras. Most of its islets are located 15-30 minutes from the area by boat.
